Dear Clients,
We want to keep you informed, we have received some calls
requesting time tables on some of the suggestions that are on the board. At this
time we are in the process of doing a lot of custom programming for some of our
customers. During this time we have had to put programming for suggestions on hold
until we have finished some of the requested programming we are doing.
We want to assure our valued customers that we will get back to working on the suggestions
as soon as we are able to. As always if you see something on the suggestion board
or you need something programmed for before it makes it's way to the top of the
suggestion list, please call our sales department and we can quote you a price on
getting it done sooner.
Also a reminder that with the holiday coming up we wanted to let you know the office
will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2009 for the Memorial Day Holiday.
For any questions or inquiries, please call our Support Team at 877-583-3232 ext.
2, or send an e-mail to pbtsupport@prositeone.com
Sincerely,
Jason Anderson

What's New?
We have a new staff/installer directory - if you click
on the Main module you will see "directory" click on this and you have all of your
staff and installers phone numbers and e-mail addresses in one handy place. There
is also new access for you staff members and installers so you can set them up with
or without access to the directory.
The Purchase Order (PO) under the Inventory module has been revamped if you would
like more information on using this feature we do inventory trainings on Tuesday
evenings - you can use the link on the left to schedule your training, for this
or any other section of the software you would like trained on or even if you only
need a refresher on a section.
If you have any questions concerning this aspect or any other in the software please
give our support department a call at 1-877-583-3232 x2 and they will be delighted
to assist you or your team.

Questions and Answers:
We have had some questions regarding the software that
we would like to address:
- Q. Have requested something's that would make
scheduling easier but they have never been implemented. I understand it is a rating
system, though, and my suggestions are listed.
-
A. The answer to this one is explained above
in the newsletter this month. I would also like to expand on this though - we understand
that there are certain things that some of our customers would like to see implemented
to make things easier for their company and the way they handle their business.
We love hearing from all of our customers and want you to know that we take your
suggestions seriously. To make things easier and fairer for everyone on the software
we implemented a voting board so that we could take into consideration what the
majority of our customers would like to see, with all of the improvements we implement
and special programming we do - sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day
and suggestions sometimes don't get incorporated into the software as fast as some
of you would like, so if you have a suggestion in we haven't forgotten about it
nor is it that we are not going to implement it, it's just that we have been unable
to fit it into the development schedule.
- Q. Keep up with the zip codes (information)
for changes of Dish Network and Direct TV equipment.
-
A. ProBusinessTools is not affiliated with Dish
Network nor Direct TV - what information we do have for Dish and DTV we have received
from our customers. We do not get updated from either company on their information
when it changes, the information we do give you when you first sign up on the software
we give you as a courtesy to try and assist you as much as we can.
Get answers to your questions - please try and be as specific as possible so that
we can give you as clear an answer as we can. And see the answer to your questions
answered here. You can e-mail your questions to

Tips & Tricks:
The Internet has become a more essential part of our
daily lives; there are more opportunities for us to become a casualty to Internet
crime. You've probably heard the news of stolen credit card numbers; you may even
know someone who has lost money or time as a result of a criminal action.
By following a few speedy tips, you can help avoid becoming a victim yourself, and
tarnishing your reputation with your customers in the process.
The bad guys are "phishing." Don't take the bait!
Have you ever received an email, a text message, or a phone call that asked you
to authenticate your bank account information or asked you to verify your personal
information or password? You may have been asked to confirm information over the
phone, reply to an email, or click on a link. Odds are good the sender told you
to do it RIGHT NOW to avoid calamitous consequences. If this ever happens to you,
don't fall for it. This is called a phishing attempt.
Phishing is an assault that uses bogus web sites and forged emails to scam you into
supplying sensitive or delicate information, such as your password or bank account
information. Of course, you desire to be cooperative when you get a message saying
that your assistance is needed to resolve an account concern. Keep in mind that
criminals know that, and they will try to take advantage of your eagerness to help.
If you provide your information, the phisher can steal your money, send emails out
in your name, or otherwise cause chaos.
Often, these messages look just like they're coming from your credit card company
or your bank. But phishing scams don't just target financial institutions. You should
take the same care with all of your online accounts, including your ProBusinessTools
account. We will never email or call you asking for your password or other personal
information. If you're ever in doubt, just give us a call at 877-583-3232 x2
If you think someone else may have discovered your ProBusinessTools password, or
if you have concerns about the security of your ProBusinessTools account, please
don't hesitate to call us -- we're always ready to help!
As always we hope you found this information helpful. Is there something that you
would like us to go over in our next newsletter? If so please send us an e-mail
or give us a call we would love to have your input.
newsletter@prositeone.com or 1-822-583-3232 x2 Monday thru Friday 9:00 am
to 7:00 pm.
Sincerely,
Diane
