This being our first newsletter of the year, I trust
that it finds you all enjoying a happy and prosperous New Year. It's been a long,
hard winter, and although Punxsutawney Phil has predicted 6 more weeks of winter,
I'm sure we are all longing for spring. Ah Spring...that time of year when everything
begins to grow and change.
The same is true here at ProBusinessTools. We are ever looking to grow, change,
and enhance our software and user experience. The first change that I would like
to bring to your attention is our brand new website. If you have navigated to www.probusinesstools.com
as of late, you might have noticed that you are redirected to a brand new website
www.onlineservicemanagementsoftware.com. We have completely revamped the look and
feel of the site and have included some new enhancements and functionality. Also,
if you'll notice the images on the site, you will see that there are more changes
to come
We will be updating you shortly in more detail as to the changes you will see. If
you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call. In the meantime, we at
PBT look forward to serving you and growing together in the New Year.

What's New?
Ability to download accounting information for accounting program such as Quickbooks.
Chart of Accounts has been revamped and is now much more
user friendly. You can attach coa's to your order types, job types, and products
and services. Everyone needs to keep track of their income and expenses this way
you can track where your monies are coming from and going to. Easy to use chart
and easy to read reports. Let us show you how.
Those that use the Subcontractor section:
of the software we have added a history to the sub set-up like you see on your
internal technicians. Now you can track changes made to your Sub's set up also.
You can now limit your staff and technicians:
to being able to see/edit/add or delete attachments to your work orders.
You can limit staff access to technician's:
information on the work order search page according to their directory access.
Coming Soon:
New function that is still in development will be the ability to bill your technicians
for equipment you sell them - that can be deducted from their payroll.
Your feedback is important to us. We read it carefully, and use it to guide us when
we add new features - and improve current ones in the software. We would like to
