It's that time of year again when we all purpose to show those who are special to us how much we care. In the Spirit of the Season,we just wanted to take this opportunity to say, 'Thank You!'

What's New?

We at Prosite are looking to the future for our company as well as yours. We have continually worked on the functionalaity of the software adding new features to help you run your business better; and except for minor changes we have not changed the appearance of the software.

We are in the process of doing just that with our new version. The new version is going to have a whole new look - the basic functionality of the software has not changed the changes we have made are only to the appearance of the software.

There will be graphs on the main page, more mapping tools, Mobile interface and time keeping system, and reduced scrolling. If you would like to preview a couple of the new pages click on the following link: Take a Sneak Peek!!

In today's competivitve business environment we need to move forward with these changes to stay economically sound which is going to be a benefit to us as a company and to you as our clients.

We need to bring the appearance of the software up to where the software's functionality is (which is one of the best in the business).

We will send out a more detailed e-mail with screen shots within the next few weeks.

Diane Anderson, Software Support Mgr

As a support specialist, Diane is responsible for troubleshooting client issues, training clients on the software and providing professional customer service.

Her excellent networking and communication skills have established Diane among her clients and customers. With her experience, Diane successfully develops relationships and answers clients issues in a knowledgeable, timely and efficient manner.

Before working at Prosite, Diane was in management where she learned to quickly solve problems, be proficient and multitask effectively. Diane's irreplaceable experience in customer service and management has proven to be a catalyst for her success as a support specialist.
Diane is currently working on her Bachelors in Psychology. Outside of work, she likes to garden, knit and spend time with her grandchildren and family.
