Reordering/Purchase Orders:
Finding out where your inventory levels are and what you need to order is as easy
as pulling one report. The report will show you all the products that you have on
order and what you need to order. Quickly create purchase orders to your preferred
vendors using either current levels or forecasted inventory levels based upon non
completed scheduled orders in the pipelines. Email and track the statues of your
purchase orders right from the software. Let the software send out automated emails
to vendors or partnered warehouses of your inventory needs based upon your business
criteria.

Equipment Tracker:
This section is used to track your larger more expensive serialized equipment. Equipment
can be entered using a hand-held barcode scanner, by uploading a spread sheet or
manually entering the items. The search works like the other searches in the software,
giving you a variety of criteria to select from and displays your results in a table
below. We also give you the ability to consign pieces or groups of equipment to
your installers and subcontractors and numerous reports are available to help you
track your equipment from the point you order it from your vendor, through the sales
and installation, customer warrantee period, possible trade-ins, and even reselling
and recycling used equipment.

Warehouse Transfer:
Use the convenient warehouse transfer tools to move, track and ship equipment between
warehouses. Setup multiple warehouses by area, zip codes, and order types. Track
equipment on trucks, vans, and subcontractors.
